Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience, preferably within the government contracting space. (Additional experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
- Extensive Government Contracting experience and previous experience recruiting in the INTEL/DOD market recruiting fully cleared candidates.
- Must have substantial experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
- Deep familiarity with technical skills and terminology relevant to the industry.
- Strong understanding of advanced recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.
- Proven track record of applying advanced recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
- Understanding of OFCCP regulations and FLSA compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Understanding Technical Requirements:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the technical skills, qualifications, and experience required for open positions.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels, job boards, social media, professional networks, etc., to actively source and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interviewing:
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews.
- Work Assess candidates' technical abilities and interpersonal skills.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, goals, and specific hiring requirements.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and information.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness.
