WA state radiology license required
Start Date: ASAP Daily Caseload per tech: 30-40 Years of experience REQ: 1 year First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ? No; tech can take call if they want to. Pending State License accepted: No Special Requirements: GE Equipment experience required; BLS, ARRT, WA State Licensure required.
Preferred exposure to working in an accredited lab (IACE guidelines). Additional Information: This MRI department does a multitude of different types of exams. Day shift is exposed to a few more specialized studies, like Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI. Night shift does more bread and butter scans, brains, spines, abdomens, extremities. The accuity of patient varies from ambulatory to total assist by RNs or other staff. More ambulatory patients during the day shift and more partial to total assist for inpatients during the night shift.
