As a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving professional, you'll be at the heart of logistics operations, ensuring that inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation aftermarket parts industry.
• Proven expertise in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, ASA, and FAA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, including Quantum, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
