Job Description
HR / Office Manager
- People Management: Overseeing HR functions for employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- HR Administration: Handling day-to-day HR tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Organizational Development: Contributing to initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall company culture.
- Business Support: Providing HR support to various departments within the organization.
Required Skills:
- Strong HR Foundation: Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and other HR-related technologies.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree: While not always required, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Construction Experience: Experience working in the construction industry is a plus, as it provides valuable industry-specific knowledge.
