Job Description: Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of front desk tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus.
