Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Contract to Hire)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio

Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support an upcoming project with our client. This is a contract-to-hire position through LHH Recruitment Solutions, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
