Job Summary
Opens, maintains, and closes Credit Card lines and cards, Issues/Reissues all card products, monitors all card and card related inventory, processes Visa monthly and quarterly reports, aids staff regarding member card issues and requests regarding card products and services, renews and maintains certificates of deposit, processes mobile deposits, verifies outgoing wires and processes incoming wires, Process VODs, VOMs, subpoenas and levies
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be bondable/insurable
- Possess an ability to interact effectively with Clearpath CU members, co-workers, and management
- Basic reading and arithmetic skills
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn customer service software applications
- Requires the ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
- Must present a professional appearance

- Capable of performing simple and complex tasks
- Ability to comprehend/follow instructions, given both verbally and orally
- Ability to maintain an appropriate clean and organized workspace

- Capable of operating various electrical office equipment
- Job requires standing and some sedentary work, consisting of occasional walking, and lifting to 30 pounds
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure Visa card file documents contain stipulated documentation, appropriate signatures, dates, and other relevant data before opening Visa accounts.
- Assist loan officers, financial services staff and members with card issues and questions.
- Verify required documentation from member or loan office to close Visa accts, sending closing notice to member.
- Review all card issue and reissue reports, process plastic card orders
- Review card and disclosure inventory monthly, letting the SS manager know if stock falls below the reorder level.
- Process weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Review daily certificate renewal and activity reports. Send renewal certificates to members
- Process mobile deposits daily
- Verify domestic and international outgoing wires
- Pull and post all incoming wires
- Process all VODs, VOMs, Subpoenas and levies
- Other duties as assigned – see back-office job list for specific job details.
