Join our team as a Director HR Business Partner, responsible for collaborating with senior leaders in the DX Product Strategy organization leadership team. Key responsibilities include aligning business objectives with people strategies, developing leaders and teams, and promoting an inclusive culture.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior leaders in the organization.
- Address root causes of human resources issues with a methodical approach.
- Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business.
- Successfully implement company-wide programs and initiatives, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change.
- Drive organizational efficiency and foster an inclusive culture.
- Coordinate talent management and succession planning activity.
- Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo.
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Ability to establish relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Understand our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobe's growth.

- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven experience practicing HR or equivalent experience in an Enterprise SaaS company is a plus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment, along with a willingness to always be learning.
- A burning passion to want to accomplish what most people might call "unreasonable expectations."
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $152,200 -- $293,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
