Responsibilities

RN Transitional Fellowship - Labor & Delivery

Dignity Health California Hospital Medical Center

Start Date: March 3, 2025

Our transitional fellowship programs have been created to assist in the professional development of nurses who have more than 12 months of nursing experience, yet have not worked in acute care, have had a break from acute care, or are seeking to change specialties in nursing.

Positions are limited and early application is encouraged.

Qualifications

1. Minimum one (1) year current registered nursing experience required.
2. Registered Nurse with current California License required.
3. Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS card required.
4. Fetal Monitoring certification.
5. Additional Certifications to be required based on department requirements.
6. Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance record.
7. Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residency.
8. Must be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidays.
9. Must agree to the terms and conditions of the program.

Pay Range

$55.06 - $73.44 /hour
