Aramark Healthcare+ is searching for candidates for a Traveling Regional Retail Director position for the Southeast/Midatlantic Region. This position will support front of the house, retail cafeterias, branded concepts, and catering operations within hospitals throughout VA to FL (and Boston, MA). Ensures compliance with the standards established by Aramark Healthcare+, regulatory agencies, and clients. This regional traveling role will implement Aramark standards, assist with opening new accounts, roll out refreshes and new programs/systems. May also cover for absent Retail Managers or Directors. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with onsite operators to provide a unified retail experience for customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports retail food service operations within the region by implementing new programs, systems, and standards.
- Retail consists of Cafeterias, branded concepts, and catering (cafes, coffee shops, bistros, micro markets, and C-stores).
- Rolls out refresh of retail areas, assisting with new business openings and implementing standards.
- Trains and coaches new and existing Retail Managers.
- Assists with large catering functions.
- May fill in for absent Retail Managers or Directors.
- Will assist with marketing, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met.
- Maintains effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Drives customer service and tracks and responds to survey results.
- Assists in location forecast and accounting; tracks sales trends and drives sales.
- Implements specials and LTOs and coordinates pop-up restaurants, Fooda, etc.
- Position will travel 100% of the time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Requires multi-site Retail Food management experience or quick service experience.
- Requires 3-5 years of management experience within Food Service.
- Marketing, merchandising, and cash handling experience required.
- Strong computer skills required, including experience implementing or maintaining retail technology.
- Food Safety and sanitation knowledge is required.
- Catering experience is preferred.
- Must be able to travel 100% of the time.
