As a Manufacturing Engineer, You Will:
- Conduct cycle time analyses to identify and implement throughput improvement initiatives.
- Program PCB components using equipment such as Parmi, Ersa, and Panasonic.
- Collaborate on capital equipment and tooling strategies, including analysis, justification, and acquisition.
- Develop and execute capacity planning and manufacturing strategy improvements.
- Analyze assembly operations, component designs, and process details to confirm manufacturing feasibility.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for enhanced throughput.
- Participate in the discovery and deployment of cutting-edge capital equipment technologies.
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to support new product introductions (NPIs) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) efforts.
- Investigate and implement innovative technologies to address manufacturing process requirements.
- Plan and manage capacity resources effectively.
- Oversee the building, qualification, and implementation of tooling and equipment.
- Provide ongoing technical support for plant operations.
- Ensure manufacturing processes align with precise specifications and standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (required).
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in manufacturing or engineering environments (required).
- 5-7 years (preferred).
