Job Description
Perform horizontal and vertical MIG welding on a variety of materials, primarily aluminum, with occasional work on steel and stainless steel. Welds range from 18-gauge to 3/8". Occasionally perform TIG welding as needed and use various types of welding wire. Inspect welds using visual methods, with some welds requiring certification. Work alongside 4-5 other welders per shift.
Responsibilities- Perform horizontal and vertical MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
- Conduct TIG welding as required.
- Use .360 wire, 4043 wire, 5356 wire, and .035 wire on occasion.
- Inspect own welds using visual inspection methods.
- Ensure some welds are certified as required.
- Collaborate with a team of 4-5 welders per shift.
- 1+ year of welding experience (either school or on-the-job).
- Ability to read weld blueprints and symbols.
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Welding experience (either school or on-the-job) is preferred.
- Experience with fabrication, blueprint reading, and aluminum welding.
- Skills in flux core welding, stainless steel welding, grinding, and use of hand tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.55 - $24.55
