HR Manager – Maple Shade, NJ
LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Manager in Maple Shade, NJ. This position is Direct Hire (Perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated salary range is between $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities:
Handles employee relations
Partners with the Head of HR to develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures
Participate in annual review process including annual updates of compensation programs, rewrites of job descriptions, conducting annual salary surveys and monitoring compass dialogue program
Recommend and implement personal policies and procedures
Prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures, perform benefits admin
Evaluate reports
Participate in employee safety and health activities including incident reporting, investigations, and coordination of safety training
Supports the roll out of Company benefit programs including annual open enrollment

Qualifications:
Must have 4-year experience in HR preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
HR certificate is a plus
Must be proficient in Excel, ADP, Kronos, SAP
If knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
Must be organized
Have good written and verbal communication skills

Salary: The anticipated salary range is $85,000-$95,000
 

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
