Key Responsibilities

• Paint Mixing: Mix chemicals into paint to achieve desired consistency and finish.
• Custom Color Matching: Use precision and expertise to create custom colors that meet client specifications.
• Paint Application: Spray paint cabinets and components with attention to detail, ensuring even and flawless finishes.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintenance: Clean and maintain paint tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial painting, preferably in cabinetry or a related field.
• Proficiency in mixing chemicals and creating custom color matches.
• Skilled in spray-painting techniques with various tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in an environment with paint fumes and chemicals (with proper PPE provided).
