Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Duties:

3 years minimum leading in a fast-paced, high volume, upscale / fine dining setting
A history of strong tenure and progression as a restaurant manager
Experience/ knowledge in fine food and wine
Experience managing a large staff of up to 40
Ability to motivate a team to drive and build sales
Passion for creating memorable and amazing guest experiences
Hands-on leadership style
