Mechanical Designer

Selectek is currently looking for a Mechanical Drafter/Designer with knowledge of DX split system layouts and duct/HVAC design. Required: Must have experience with Revit and AutoCAD Base Knowledge of mechanical DX split system layouts and duct/HVAC design Experience Calculating Heat/Loss Gain Experience Designing exhaust systems for multifamily or commercial building Preferred: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design Experience in mechanical design with multifamily units is a plus Ability to work well with others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job order details: This client is looking for a mechanical designer with HVAC and at least 1 year of experience. The most important skill is to have a solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and basic knowledge of mechanical design. Anything outside of the software, they will train. Sponsorship: no Pay range: $24.03/hour - $26.40/hour Term of assignment: 6 months temp to perm Pay method when direct: $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary Location of job: Richardson, TX 75081 Hours and shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST Work from home/remote: no Overtime expected: yes Travel:  no Work attire: Casual Does the client require a background check? yes Please contact Lizzie Johns at 470-203-0754 or Ljohns@selectek.com for more information.
