Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager - Medical Device

Our client, an innovative, cutting edge, medical device company, whose device focuses on the prevention and treatment of a side effect from anti-cancer treatments known as Oral Mucositis, is seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager. to join their winning team. Our candidate of choice will be responsible for all social media platforms and initiatives. You will enhance and build out the capabilities of the Company to promote our medical device to audiences worldwide including oncology clinical and other staff, patients, patient advocacy groups, cancers support group, and more. This role will also support website SEO and analytics as needed to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of the product. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the brand’s digital footprint including all key social media platforms Create or enhance social media presence/platforms in the US, and other countries as international strategy dictates Create social platform content, posting, engaging, and answer messages or inquiries Ensure adherence to regulations and compliance for a medical device Manage email marketing campaigns, drip marketing, etc. Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to build community online Manage website integration of social media Enhance or design artwork for marketing/ads as needed Create content for newsletters and blogs Develop short video content, e.g. how Chemo Mouthpiece works, content for in-services and webinars Manage any necessary external vendor relationships for support of digital initiatives Report on campaign and asset progress, results, ROI, implications and actionable insights Monitor for, and address, any potentially incorrect or negative information about the product KEY REQUIREMENTS: Self-starter with multi-tasking abilities to achieve objectives independently 3+ years of demonstrated experience in digital/social media marketing Strong knowledge of social media platforms and social marketing campaigns Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, ad tracking capabilities Strategic planning skills to maximize campaign effectiveness, budgets and timelines Experience promoting a medical device through social channels Strong understanding of regulations and compliance for marketing a medical device Experience utilizing social platforms for engagement outside the USA Experience with medical language translation Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities Website development / WordPress experience WE OFFER: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Paid time off-10 paid holidays per year, paid time off (PTO) for vacation, sick, or personal use Flexible work locations options / remote Leveraged performance-based bonus opportunities Please apply today to be one of the first people considered for this position!
