Matrix Providers is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at the Navy Medicine Readiness & Training Unit, Groton, CT Setting: Clinical, Managed Care Department Role: Provide consultation services to medical, nursing, and ancillary hospital staff regarding psychosocial issues, discharge plans, and follow-up care for patients and families. Compensation: $48.00 Per hour Sign On Bonus Eligible Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week No nights No weekends No on-call Benefits: Competitive financial package with a comprehensive insurance package including health, dental, vision, and life coverage. Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays (Outlined in Handbook) 401(k) Plan LCSW must have and meet the following: Minimum Qualifications: Degree: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). Education: Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Experience: As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions. Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Job Summary: Assigned to the Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (PHTBI) Division within the Behavioral Health Department. The HCW shall provide services within the scope of their competencies and clinical privileges as granted by the Commanding Officer, and the applicable duties provided in the basic contract, and the following: Plan and maintain referral and coordination services with civilian health and social service agencies to provide optimal patient care.
