The Office Manager plays a crucial role within the firm, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities. Their duties encompass internal accounting, managing daily operations, developing and implementing administrative policies, prioritizing internal services, and ensuring the overall efficiency of firm operations.

Responsibilities:
- Internal Accounting
- AP
- Cash flow management
- Transaction coding in QB
- Day to day of firm operations
- Document management
- Vendor management
- Facility management
- Technology Management
- Projects as assigned by partners and Firm Administrator
Requirements:
- 3-5 years administrative experience in CPA or professional services firm
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of accounting terms, reports, tax forms, engagement letters
- Associate degree or equivalent with designation in Business, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a similar field. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills -- Excel, Word and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
- Appropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct
- Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
- An attitude of continuous improvement
- Successfully pass a criminal background check

Work Environment Overview
The position is full time M-F.
Casual but professional office environment, work/life integration, client contact, award winning culture.
Colorado Casual dress code.
Annual base compensation: $80,000-85,000 a year
