Digital Content Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Digital Content Strategy Manager to join the SEI's Global Marketing team to develop, oversee, and implement the company's marketing content strategies in alignment with SEI's business objectives and initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Activation and Operations, you'll engage and collaborate with segment marketers and cross-functional subject matter experts to build brand consistency by creating effective content strategies across digital platforms and channels.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with digital marketing strategists to develop and execute content strategies that align with broader organizational goals and objectives, with a particular focus on enterprise-wide marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee the creation and management of digital content across key platforms, such as social media, digital advertising and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on aligning content to the brand story and ensuring messaging consistency and effectiveness.

  • Work across the marketing organization to enhance and align segment marketing team initiatives with enterprise initiatives.

  • Plan and execute enterprise digital marketing campaigns, including social media and digital advertising initiatives, that support the buyer's journey and complement segment marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor, optimize, and report on enterprise campaign performance to meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to business objectives.

  • Work closely with Marketing Activation and Operations team members and segment marketers to ensure social media strategies align with brand standards and business goals.

  • Work with key stakeholders within Global Marketing to monitor the company's online presence, including its website, paid social media channels, and other digital platforms to ensure they are optimized for user engagement and search engine visibility (SEO).

  • Rein in, organize and manage internal corporate project requests to ensure internal initiatives are prioritized properly, align with business goals, and meet brand communication standards.

  • Develop strategy and manage creation of a consistent editorial calendar across the enterprise, including the development and implementation of a content management system to streamline content creation and distribution.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation, marketing communications, marketing project management, or related field.

  • Proven experience managing digital platforms and developing, implementing and optimizing digital content strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as social media platforms, ABM platforms, content management systems, project management tools, Google Ads and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively develop, connect and deploy content across a variety of platforms and channels.

  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using data and insights to develop and optimize marketing strategies and improve results.
