Position Summary
The Account Manager represents the facility to the community, interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan.
- Identifies the most viable, potential referral sources/payers within the target markets and determine how to access those sources.
- Acts as a facilitator between the referral sources and Central Florida Behavioral Hospital regarding admission communication follow-up (Service Excellence initiative).
- Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of target markets and the needs of existing and potential referral sources within assigned territories.
- Coordinates meetings and clinical team calls with referral sources and facility staff (i.e., tours and potential client-specific questions.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, a related business field or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
- Two (2) years in Marketing/Sales required. Medical/Psychiatric field preferred.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and develop creative marketing strategies.
- Irregular and long hours may be required occasionally. Extensive travel required.
