HVAC CAD Operator

Pay rate: $42 - $47/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for installation and coordination with other trades.
• Attend coordination meetings to resolve clashes within budget and constructability requirements.
• Collaborate with project management and field teams, adjusting drawings as needed.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year drafting experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years in HVAC industry preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and HVAC/piping/duct drawings is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of related trades and 3D coordination; able to read architectural and mechanical plans.
• Effective communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
