Position Overview: As a CAD Technician 1, you will play a crucial role in supporting local government and utility projects. This position is ideal for individuals who are computer-savvy and eager to learn. While experience with AutoCAD is preferred, it is not required. Your primary responsibilities will include document scanning, data development, database coding, and data quality control. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining project databases. Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and detail. Support document scanning and management activities. Ensure data quality control and consistency across projects. Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and client expectations. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure or experience with AutoCAD. Strong data entry skills. An Associate of Drafting or a related field.
