Communicate with clients and adjusters to define scope and expectations for rebuilding projects.

As a Xactimate & Symbility Estimator, you’ll work directly with property owners, insurance adjusters, and Project Managers to scope and sign reconstruction projects following disasters like fires or floods. You’ll play a vital role in rebuilding communities by providing accurate estimates and guiding property owners through the process of restoring their homes and businesses.

Qualifications
Ability to deliver clear communication and certainty to property owners.
Proficient with Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software.
Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills.
Commitment to learning and professional development.
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Industry certifications (e.g., IICRC, Lead).
Willing to undergo comprehensive training if limited experience.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and gross margin objectives while delivering an exceptional brand experience.
Scope, estimate, and sign profitable projects for production teams using Xactimate and Symbility.
Communicate change orders and insurance supplements accurately.
Ensure timely project completion within service level agreements and profit margins.
Participate in an on-call rotation (evening/weekend availability for new losses).
Build strong relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs.
Represent Paul Davis at local community events.
