Toll Brothers , America's leading luxury home builder, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

As a HR Intern, you will work in a training capacity assisting the Human Resources department to achieve current initiates. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Assist with employee inquiries in the areas of benefits, compensation, employee relations, onboarding and more
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects such as compensation surveys, regulatory reporting, and Talent Development programs
  • Identify and provide recommendations on methods to enhance processes and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We seek students currently enrolled in undergraduate to graduate-level programs. The ideal has solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, superb interpersonal skills, and solid organizational skills. As well as eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
