A CAD Technician responsible for assisting project managers and other engineers in the preparation of construction plans and specifications on projects within NC, SC, VA, and WV. Full-service engineering firm specializing in aviation, highway and bridge programs. Required: 3+ years of experience with civil engineering development projects High School Diploma Associate's Degree in related field (preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel Job Responsibilities: Performing design tasks associated with all aspects of airport development while working under the direction of civil engineers Earthwork and site grading design Stormwater design Coordinating production and development of airport improvement plans, specifications, design calculations, technical documents, etc. Calculating construction quantities and developing cost estimates Understanding survey data and capable of incorporation of survey into design documents Location: Greensboro, NC Salary Range: 55k-70k Please send resume to: wendyc@selectek.com Wendy 678-802-6616
