Volt is hiring for Customer Service Specialist in Santa Ana, CA for a well-known aerospace company.

Job Title:  Customer Service Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building, managing, and growing the relationships with all departments within our customers facility.
  • Be able explain the sales process and ensure everything runs seamlessly before/after purchase.
  • Customer can directly inquire with the Customer Success Specialist and work with them to resolve pressing issues with ease.
  • Schedule conference calls and Virtual meetings with customers to ensure they receive interpersonal training.
  • Proactively supports all of their orders from receipt of order through shipment.
  • Able to answer question from the customer with conciseness and transparency.
This is a full time opportunity.  5 days a week.  8+ hours per day 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Must have 2+ years with customer service background in manufacturing
  • Good customer service skills 
  • Must be able to multi-task, detail orientated and reliable
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
