In this role you'll be responsible for leading ground-up commercial construction projects from the preconstruction phases throughout closeout. This company is currently experiencing significant growth and an individual in this role will have the opportunity for leadership roles.

Client Details

My client is a general contractor based out of the St. Louis area. They focus on commercial construction projects (education, healthcare, industrial, retail, government, and office) $10M+ in value. They've recently restructured their process/procedures to begin growth plans. They're aiming to double their volume and revenue each year. They have an excellent company culture and tenure due to their open door policy. They're always looking to make improvements and take their employee's suggestions into consideration. As a Senior Project Manager with the group, you'll lead projects from preconstruction phases throughout completion and will mentor/train Project Managers.

Description

  • Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
  • Lead potential business development meetings
  • Organize client meetings and develop long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
  • Perform estimates
  • Prepare budgets and schedules
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Construction Ops
  • Proactively drive solutions
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Profile

  • 10+ years of construction experience (with at least 5 of those being a PM)
  • Ground-up experience on projects $8M+
  • Comfortable leading projects from start to finish
  • Procore proficient
  • Communicates well with field staff
  • Client facing
