Construction Superintendent

Job Description Stampede Ventures, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is looking for a Superintendent with federal ground-up construction experience. The role involves quality control management, submittal tracking, daily reporting, communicating deficiencies to customers, and managing multiple sites. Responsibilities include: Implement and coordinate project plans on-site according to the Statement of Work (SOW). Plan and oversee all construction phases. Lead regular internal and external tailgate meetings, focusing on project health and safety. Prepare daily reports in collaboration with the Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer, and Quality Control Manager (QCM). Review and process project submittals. Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on-site staff. Coordinate with on-site subcontractors.
