CAD Drafter

Are you seeking a new role in the drafting field? Selectek is partnering with a company near Conyers, Georgia to hire a CAD Drafter. This company specializes in cabinetry design and fabrication, so candidates will need a strong mechanical design background Employment Type: Temp to Perm Expected Pay Range: $19-$25 per hour Location: Conyers, Georgia Job Duties: Candidates will be drafting and designing cabinets and frames to be milled through CNC machines by the fabrication team. Candidates who have a background knowledge of CAM software will have a head start. The client has identified attitude and dedication to teamwork as crucial soft skills for this role. Job Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in the drafting field - Proficiency with AutoCAD (Client identified this as the most important skill!) - Ability to learn CAM and CNC Programming software. - Knowledge of cabinet design or previous millwork experience is a plus In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
