Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams to improve product design for manufacturability.
  • Oversee process validation and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce production costs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials.
  • Provide technical expertise to team members and monitor team performance.
  • Review and evaluate manufacturing technologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Profile

A successful Lead Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in CNC or welding environment highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • Electromechanical assembly design/manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
