We were founded in 2009 and are a rapidly growing family-owned company serving 40 metro areas with over 2000 Sunsational swim instructors nationwide. We make learning to swim convenient, effective and fun by providing experienced instructors to travel to our clients' pools. Staffing Coordinator:
- Staffing Coordinators focus on recruiting, engaging, staffing, and supporting our swim instructors - a growing and diverse group of independent contractors. It's like a puzzle every day to recruit and find an instructor to fit each client's unique requests.
- A key part of the job is also communicating policies to new hires and strengthening relationships with long-time contractors. By helping instructors succeed, our clients stay happy and students learn vital water safety skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Review applicants, interview and hire selected applicants
- Engage, and manage new hires and long-time contractors' accounts to track performance
- Act as a resource for applicants and contractors
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants across the country
- Make hiring decisions with our client's best interest in mind
- Review and respond to instructor requests
- Find the right swim instructor for new clients
- Manage instructor accounts to track performance
- Communicate efficiently with instructors through all platforms
- Conduct online onboarding sessions with selected new hires
- Work efficiently with all of the departments to address and solve problems
- Work proficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Expertly predict, avert issues, & come up with a creative solution in a timely manner
- Keep current with changes, issues, and concerns
- Assist contractors with any changes in their current contract

Position Info:
- Seasonal, full-time position until September 2023 (40/hours per week)
- Requires flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
