What to Expect from the HR Internship?

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in key aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and more. During your 10-week internship, you will:

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including reviewing resumes and supporting interview processes

• Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help enhance company culture

• Support the administration of HR programs and policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to organizational development and HR strategy

• Gain exposure to HR systems and software tools used to manage employee records and payroll

Professional Development & Mentorship

• Receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals

• Attend skill-building sessions on HR topics like recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement

• Network with HR professionals and leaders across the company

• Explore potential career paths in Human Resources and receive personalized career guidance

Qualifications:

We are looking for students with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program (Master’s students also accepted)

• Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• Minimum GPA of 2.5; a GPA above 3.0 is preferred (Transcript will be requested)

• Ability to commute and work on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale for the duration of the internship

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• A willingness to learn, with a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
