About the Role:
As a Phlebotomist III - Float, you will be a key member of our team, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. You will perform phlebotomy procedures, train new staff, and serve as a resource for complex patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift/Time Zone: This person is required to work an 8 hr day 5 days a week but the hours would vary they need to be available from 6 am to 6 pm

As a Phlebotomist III - Float, you will be a key member of our team, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. You will perform phlebotomy procedures, train new staff, and serve as a resource for complex patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages.
- Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Train and mentor new phlebotomists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to specimen collection and processing.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
- Travel to various locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
- 5+ years of phlebotomy experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a patient service center or in-office phlebotomy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and travel to different locations.
