Administrative Assistant for US Trust Personal Tax Solutions.
Our ideal candidate must be able to:
+ Responsibilities include working with administrative staff in assembling and handling income tax returns, creating cover letters and packages for overnight delivery to clients as well as tax authorities
Education/Certification Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
Experience requirements:
+ Experience using scanning software
+ Experience using Adobe PDF flyer
+ Experience categorizing and organizing data for scanning
+ Advanced MS Office Suite skills
+ Experience in filing
+ Ability to multitask
Note:
**This role is On-Site;** thus, open to candidates near/in/Jacksonville, FL!
**Pay Details:** $20.77 per hour
