Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30 pm

Summary: The Data Analyst works in the Information Technology Department under the direction of the VP - IT and general supervision of the Senior Data Analyst. Major duties include assisting with market research projects, analyzing internal and external data, preparing reports and other information for marketing and management decisions, providing reports with analysis and recommendations as required or requested by various managers for their departments. Helps perform routine maintenance of website, microsites, and intranet.

Requirements: Business degree or equivalent experience required. Must have two years of relevant experience, preferably in a credit union or other financial institution. Additional requirements include strong technical, communication, project management and problem-solving skills; ability to obtain, analyze, and communicate statistical data; advanced skills in various computer applications such as MS Office, including Access and Excel, and SQL. Experience with FiServ XP2 and Crystal Reports is preferred.
