As a Data Analyst, you will support the HR analytics team by conducting data analysis, generating reports, and providing insights that help drive HR strategies and initiatives. This role is integral to the success of the HR function, as you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and developing meaningful metrics that support decision-making.
This position offers the ability to BUILD and contribute to the growing analytics capabilities within a dynamic and fast-paced organization, providing valuable support to the HR team and the broader business.
LOCATION:
South Charlotte, Hybrid 3-4 days in office

- Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze HR data from various systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Identify trends and patterns that can inform HR strategies.
- Reporting:
Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics and KPIs, providing insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Data Visualization:
Create visual representations of data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to make complex data more accessible and understandable to stakeholders.
- Support for Predictive Analytics:
Assist in the development of predictive models that forecast HR trends and outcomes, contributing to proactive HR initiatives.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with HR and business teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that support business objectives.
- Continuous Learning:
Stay current with best practices in data analysis and HR analytics, continually improving your skills and contributing to the team's success.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR or people analytics context.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with HR metrics and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
