Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide basic information to clients, customers, and visitors regarding office procedures, services, and directions.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
- Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, if needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
