THIS POSITION:
We are seeking to hire an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (Skid Steer).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digs/Drills 5-to-6-foot holes (4 to 16 holes total, per tower) with a Kubota 65/skid steer to drop anodes in the ground.
- ·Expect to do some crew member/ laborer tasks.
- ·Be over 21 years of age and be able to attain a DOT physical.
- · Drive a DOT regulated vehicle as they will be responsible for the Truck, Trailer, and Skid Steer.
- Cleaning and vacuuming, mobilization of equipment, truck maintenance, other duties as needed
- Communicate with on-sight customer representative to locate least intrusive and safest place to park company equipment while on job sight
- Properly document Company, Federal, State, and Customer documentation/paperwork as required by law and or established policy in a clear and legible manner
- Communicate problems
- Follow federal, state, local and company rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CLASS A CDL LICENSE with clean driving record
- Underground utility or construction experiences a plus
- You enjoy working outdoors in all-weather elements for extended periods of time
- Able to travel out-of-town if needed
- Able to work typical construction type hours. Ability to work overtime when needed
- Able to work flexible hours (due to client schedule, operators may not work every day but must be flexible for irregular hours)

This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
