The talent sourcer/recruiter works closely together with hiring managers, and HR manufacturing business partners . Expectations include but are not limited to:
Sourcing/Recruiting strategy development.
Partners with the Plant HR Leads to develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the Talent Acquisition strategy.
Lead generation.
Knows how and where to search for candidates. Has knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels and is creative in finding new ways to source candidates. Leverages Indeed and other social media platforms to promote jobs, connect and engage with candidates and source both passive and active candidates.
Requisition Management
Maintains ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to move candidates through the pipeline, leveraging auto interview scheduling technology and other systems and tools. Builds and maintains a candidate talent pool for current roles and future hiring needs
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
ATS experience with multiple operating systems, SAP Success Factors is preferred.
Specialized candidate sourcing experience using digital media and search engine based techniques, leveraging tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, SEM, SEO and various job boards.
Proven experience developing and maintaining tracking of candidates from various labor pools, focusing on both short and long-term talent needs.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Three years or more of recruiting experience, preferably in hourly manufacturing
