Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of senior-level administrative support, administrative management, or project management experience.
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing requirements.
- Possess the ability to identify stakeholders, foster collaboration, lead groups, develop and advocate positions, and negotiate compromises in a multifunctional environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with DoD security protocols and SCIF/SAPF environments.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Experience with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Portal.
- Knowledge of document management systems (CATMS).

Responsibilities:
SANCORP is seeking an Executive Assistant Level I to provide administrative, policy, operational, and analytic, support to the Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP) Office within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). The following are examples of responsibilities:
- Provide project management support. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including Subcontractors.
- Maintain leadership’s (DDI, Deputy DDI, Director, or Deputy Director) daily calendar, arrange, and provide support for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing to include taking minutes and maintaining invitations and attendee contact rosters. (Daily)
- Prepare and/or oversee travel arrangements for SASP leadership and assist with developing travel reports and travel vouchers upon completion of travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS). (Weekly)
- Support SASP leadership by arranging for official local transportation, reimbursement for expenses incurred, and renewal of parking permits. (Weekly)
- Track and report weekly the work/leave status of approximately 215 employees via the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Portal or its equivalent. (Weekly)
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for government staff personnel in a SCIF including Sensitive Access Program Facilities (SAPF) as required: tasks include monitoring access to SCIF/SAPF, maintaining office files and the office filing system, and tracking action items in the OUSD(I&S) suspense portal. (Daily)
- Serve as the point of contact for initiating and tracking administrative requirements for newly arriving and departing personnel accounts, credential requirements, parking pass, etc.).
- Review, monitor, and report the status of activities and products using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). (Daily)
- Provide staffing support to action officers for all required correspondence actions (e.g., formal letters, memorandum, read-ahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents). (Daily)
- Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate DoD format (which may entail technical writing/editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, or overall documentation review) and that documents are marked, filed, and retained in accordance with OSD and federal records disposition schedule, approved by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). (Daily)
- Maintain records for control and accountability of classified correspondence, special access correspondence, and other material received in the office. (Daily)
