Procopio Cory Hargreaves is hiring: Legal Secretary - Real Estate Litigation in

Procopio is looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Real Estate team in our Orange County (Irvine) office. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and responsive professionals who can work in a dynamic environment. They have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced civil litigation environment providing litigation assistance and secretarial support. This person will support attorneys who’s practices include both litigation and transactional work, so to qualify candidates must have supported attorneys with similar practices. Daily tasks can vary, but general functions will include: formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents (such as loan documents and agreements), discovery, interfacing with Court clerks, entering attorney time and billing, e-filing legal documents, corresponding with clients, submitting expense reports, and calendaring. Our top candidates can work with a variety of attorney styles and are comfortable communicating with clients and partners.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range for this role is from $85,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
