- Cybersecurity Tool Administration:
- Manage and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems.
- Oversee Active Directory and Group Policy configurations to ensure secure access controls.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and remediation using vulnerability management tools.
- Operate and maintain the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to identify and respond to security events.
- Coordinate internal and external penetration testing activities and assist with remediation efforts.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Conduct internal audits of security processes and access logs to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cybersecurity activities and findings.
- Awareness Training Support:
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of cybersecurity awareness training for all employees.
- Review training metrics and provide reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- General:
- Responsible to maintain all security related policy, standard operating procedure, incident response, and system security plan documentation.
- Identifies and recommends improvements to security tools, best practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends.
- Reviews and recommends security solutions to enhance overall security posture.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a related role.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms, including MFA, Active Directory, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
- Experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to solve business problems with current technology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate projects to meet deadlines.

Working conditions described here are representative of those that may be experienced by an employee daily while performing the functions of this job.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary state for extended periods / 50% of the time at a computer workstation.
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- May access and work in the manufacturing plant, and therefore must be able to wear personal protective gear (PPE) when required. Examples include safety shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection.
- While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, vibration, and moderate noise level.
