Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a Program Manager for a federal program in cybersecurity planning, analysis, development, and promulgation of cybersecurity strategies. In this key role you will be the single point of contact and interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management, and organization representatives. You will have responsibility for overall program performance and management of ANSER and sub-contractor employees.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and monitor work standards and deliverables, assign schedules, review work for discrepancies, communicate policies, processes, goals and requirements.
- Responsible for program acquisition, financial planning, and data analytics.
- Support the review of existing Cyber budgets across the DoD and the development of future Cyber budget estimates.

- Programming, Budgeting and Execution processes (PPBE)
- Assist in cybersecurity planning, analysis, development, and promulgation of cybersecurity strategies. Support processes to monitoring and assess implementation according to DoD CIO priorities, goals, objectives, and milestones. Provide expertise to inform leadership in making strategic and management decisions.
- Manage relationships and expectations of sub-contractors including stakeholder management and team performance.
- Ensure all program deliverables including reports, objectives and goals are met within required time frames and all deadlines are met.
- Provide development and performance reviews for direct reports.
- Manage program managers and task leads.
- Coordinate with ANSER internal partners including finance, contracts, business development on program performance, modifications and growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics or other appropriate related field to technology or program management.
- Ten (10) or more years progressive relevant experience providing government or defense agencies decision support, analysis, technical program support related to cybersecurity and/or systems engineering and supporting cybersecurity, technology programs.
- Six (6) or more years managing large defense technical programs.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Current PMP Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs, systems and infrastructure.
- Previous experience presenting or briefing high level stakeholders, military officials and policy makers.
- Cybersecurity Certification such as CISSP or other relevant certification.
- Prior experience managing managers or task leads.
