Sales Recruiting Partner to work with a top client of ours. This is a remote position! Pay: $47 - $48/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard 9am-5pm Location: Remote! Preferably EST/CST Details: 6-month contract assignment - possibility to extend Job Description: Successfully prioritize searches efficiently based on established benchmarks and metrics in order to meet business goals Bring a passion for delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates, hiring managers, colleagues, and leadership Develop strong relationships and communication with managers in order to partner on the recruitment process and provide insight Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior leadership Provide creative solutions to various recruitment tasks Utilize data to effectively communicate with business partners regarding recruiting strategies Share ideas and collaborate cross-functionally related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company Job Requirements Do you have the right ingredients? (Requirements) 2+ years of corporate and/or search firm experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting Proven performance of achieving hiring results that meet the demands of the business Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace Ability to collaborate and influence throughout the organization Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a high-change environment with tight deadlines Experience leveraging data and metrics to ensure alignment, exceptional candidate experience, and to influence a consistent and fact-based approach to hiring Committed to excellent customer service and candidate experience Preferred Experience recruiting for Business Hiring, such as Sales, G&A, or CS Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment ATS experience - Greenhouse preferred Hospitality experience Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
