The Director of On-Campus Recruiting for Football will coordinate all prospect visits to the Virginia Tech campus including game days, junior days, prospect camps, official visits, and unofficial visits throughout the year. Assist with the admissions process for prospective student athletes. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Player Personnel for Football.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree and/or bachelor's degree with significant experience.

Experience working in a Division I football program.

Knowledge of Division I NCAA recruiting rules and regulations.

Experience using a prospective student athlete database such as Teamworks.

Ability to effectively communicate with prospective student athletes and their families.

Excellent organization and time management skills specifically related to travel recruiting travel logistics.

Commitment to diversity.

Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a "Power 4" Division I football program.

Supervisory experience.
