About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in Tampa, FL. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You will work closely with other members of the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will be critical to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
  • Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Assist guests with any requests or needs they may have during their stay
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Skills:

As a Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that each guest room is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will also use your excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and address any needs or concerns they may have. In addition, you will use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your flexibility and adaptability will be critical to your success in this role, as you may be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
