The projects typically range from $1M to $20M, focusing on the NoVA area, the 495 beltway, and some parts of Maryland. My client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with 1-3 years of commercial construction experience. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, interactive, and eager to grow within our company. There is no glass ceiling for motivated individuals. All of the current leadership, including VP, CEO, and President, began their careers here as APMs. My client is looking for someone who wants to make our company their forever home. Job Description Assist in managing commercial interior projects, distribution centers, low-rise office buildings, and base buildings. Handle projects valued at up to $20M, with tenant improvement projects ranging from $1M to $5M and base building projects averaging $5M to $10M. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
