About Us: Yoked AI exists to empower teams to communicate seamlessly across cognitive styles, fostering understanding, collaboration, and growth through personalized, data-driven insights. Our mantra:

Be You. Be Valued. Be Understood. We are a pre-seed B2B SaaS startup poised to redefine workplace communication. Our mission is to transform how people connect and work together by building tools that bridge communication gaps and enhance collaboration through personalized insights. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven company at the ground level and shape its success as a hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO). Role Overview: We are seeking an execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) with experience in SaaS startups, particularly in scaling operations, product strategy, and sales from pre-seed through Series A. This role is both tactical and strategic, requiring someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and actively build systems, processes, and teams while driving long-term strategy. As COO, you’ll work alongside the CEO to ensure Yoked AI’s operational efficiency, scalability, and success, taking ownership of day-to-day operations, product alignment, and sales enablement. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Develop and implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cross-functional efficiency. Set, track, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams to ensure accountability and alignment with company goals. Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Build and maintain an operational framework to support rapid growth and scaling. Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to refine and execute Yoked AI’s business strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the company is positioned to adapt to challenges and seize opportunities. Lead initiatives to secure funding rounds and manage investor relations alongside the CEO. Product Development Support: Work closely with the product team to ensure development aligns with market needs and business goals. Translate customer feedback into actionable strategies for product refinement and innovation. Foster a culture of collaboration between product, engineering, and sales to ensure customer success. Sales & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and refine the sales strategy to accelerate growth and expand market presence. Establish and optimize sales enablement tools, processes, and metrics. Build partnerships with customers and key stakeholders to drive adoption and brand loyalty. Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Serve as a mentor and resource for team members, particularly in product, operations, and sales functions. What We’re Looking For: Experience:

7+ years of leadership experience in SaaS startups, with proven success scaling from pre-seed to Series A. Domain Expertise:

Strong background in product, operations, and sales, with a clear understanding of the challenges faced by early-stage startups. Execution-Oriented:

Comfortable balancing strategic vision with tactical execution, willing to dive into the details when necessary. Process-Driven:

Skilled at setting up scalable SOPs, KPIs, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth. Cross-Functional Leader:

Proven ability to work collaboratively across product, sales, and operations, aligning teams around shared goals. Data-Driven Decision Maker:

Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and drive performance. People-Centric:

Passionate about building a culture where team members feel valued, understood, and empowered to succeed. Hands-On Leader:

Ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to critical projects and initiatives. Nice-to-Have: Experience with B2B communication tools, culture platforms, or HR tech solutions.
