KEY SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated
Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)
to join our team and lead efforts to secure and protect our information systems. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security posture of our organization's systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and managing risk mitigation strategies. You will lead a team of security professionals, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and develop policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security best practices, regulatory requirements, and a proven track record in managing security programs. Honolulu, HI 96815 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement security policies and procedures Oversee and manage risk assessments and vulnerability management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards Manage security incidents and respond to breaches Lead a team of security professionals Provide regular reports and updates to senior management REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) Experience with risk management and threat mitigation strategies Proficiency in security incident response and management Familiarity with security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS) Expertise in compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Knowledge of network and systems security protocols DESIRED SKILLS
Experience with cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools Proficiency in data encryption techniques and tools Knowledge of security automation and orchestration tools Understanding of DevSecOps practices Experience in managing security audits and assessments BENEFITS
